All LTL damage must be reported within 72 hours. All other damage must be reported within 15 days. Pictures of damaged or defective products are required. Reference numbers and/or date codes may be required from the original packaging.

Stock items that are delivered damaged will have damaged parts replaced. If parts replacement is not possible, it can be returned or exchanged.

RTA furniture is not returnable if the manufacturer’s carton has been opened and contents removed, or the item has been assembled.
